1-2 green chilli peppers, finely chopped
2 avocados
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1 TB lemon juice
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp ascorbic acid mixture
1 medium tomato, finely chopped
(optional) stir in 1/4 cup mayonnaise

Directions:
Directions:
Beat everything (except tomato) together until creamy.
Stir in tomato. Refrigerate one hour. Serve with corn chips.
