1 1/2 cups chocolate (of your choice)
2 2/3 cups evaporated milk
4 cups. icing sugar
1/2 cup butter
1/2 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Melt chocolate, milk, icing sugar and butter in sauce pan over medium heat. Bring to a boil for 10mins, occasionally stirring. Remove from heat and add vanilla. Let cool. Keep refrigerated.
Serve as a topping on ice-cream or on your favorite dessert!
