1/4 cup white sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 Tbs garlic salt
2 Tbs Kosher salt
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp black pepper
1/4 cup paprika
1 tsp ground cumin
1/4 tsp ground coriander (optional)
1/8 tsp allspice (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients. Put into a jar and store on the shelf. Good for BBQing most meats.
