1 lb. ground beef
1 lb. Jimmy Dean Pork Sausage ("Hot" if you like)
1 sm. onion chopped
1 4 oz. can of diced green chilies (jalapeņos if you like hot)
1 can "Rotelle" tomatoes with green chilies
2 tsp. oregano
1 tsp powdered garlic
1 2 lb (large size). box of "Velveeta" cheese (cubed)

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat together with diced onion; drain grease.
Stir in spices and chilies; cook together for 5 minutes. Add tomatoes and cook for a few more minutes. Add cheese and cook until it's melted.
Serve with corn tortilla chips.

My dad got this recipe from some lady at work one day and he told me to try it out because he sure thought it was good. It has been a party pleaser for at least 25 years for our family.
