1 16-oz sour cream
1 large cream cheese rectangle, at room temp.
1 pkg powdered taco seasoning
Black olives, drained and sliced
Peppers - red, yellow and green, chopped
Scallion, chopped
Tomatoes, drained and chopped
Mozzarella or taco seasoned mixed cheese, shredded

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sour cream, cream cheese and taco seasoning. You may need to mix using blender or processor. Place in fridge (this can be done the day before serving).
When ready to serve, spread mix onto flat serving dish (making a thin layer at bottom). Sprinkle w/ veggies and cheese. Serve w/ tortilla chips.
