2 sticks margarine
2 cups brown sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
3 cups oatmeal
1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1 (15 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk (Eagle Brand)
3/4 cup nuts
3 T. margarine
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix margarine and sugar together. Add eggs and vanilla. Stir dry ingredients together and add to creamed mixture. Put 2/3 of dough in bottom of greased 11x17 pan. Heat together in microwave:
chocolate chips, Eagle Brand milk, nuts, 3T margarine, vanilla and salt. Cover the bottom dough with chocolate mixture. Dot remaining dough on top. Bake 350 for 20-23 minutes. DO NOT over bake.
