2 c walnuts
1/8 c of Cajun Spice Blend
1 large egg white

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly spray baking sheet with non-stick spray.

Beat egg white until light and fluffy but no peaks. Add nuts and toss until well coated. Sprinkle the Cajun seasoning over walnuts and toss well.

Pour walnuts on to baking sheet and make sure to separate into one layer. Bake 8 minutes, mix well and continue to bake for an additional 8 minutes.

Cool and serve. Store in air tight container for up to 30 days.
