4 cups apples
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 cup sugar
1 T. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg
1/2 cup flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder

Directions:
Directions:
Slice 4 cups apples in large pie tin/dish. Sprinkle 1/4 cup sugar mixed with 1/4 tsp. cinnamon over apples. Cover with tin foil and bake at 400 deg. for 20 minutes. While baking, mix together the 1 cup sugar, butter, vanilla, egg, flour, and baking powder. Spread evenly over apples and bake another 20/25 minutes more uncovered.
