3 cups flour
2 cups sugar
2 tsp. soda
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 cup oil
2 eggs, slightly beaten
4 large apples, chopped
1 1/2 cups chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Sift together the flour, sugar, soda, baking powder, salt and cinnamon. Add the oil, eggs, chopped apples and pecans. Bake at 350 for 55 minutes.
