1 cup brown sugar
1 cup margarine
1/2 cup white sugar
3 1/2 cups quick oatmeal

Topping:
1 cup chocolate chips
3/4 cup creamy-style peanut butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first four ingredients together and press into a 9x13 pan. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes at 350. Melt 1 cup chocolate chips and 3/4 cup creamy-style peanut butter. Spread on top.
