4 c flour
1 T sugar
1 t salt
1 2/3 c shortening
1/2 c cold water
1 egg slightly beaten
1 T vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, sugar, salt together, cut in shortening and mix until crumbly. Add vinegar, egg, and water, mix and make into a ball. Put into fridge for 15 minutes
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
Makes 2 double crusts and 1 open crust.
