1/3 c flour
2/3 c sugar
1/4 t salt
2 c scalded milk
3 egg yolks
2 T butter
1/2 t vanilla
3 very ripe bananas

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in sauce pan, cook until thickened. Pour into 9 inch pie shell.
