Ingredients:  
1 can salmon (15 1/2 oz.)
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. finely chopped green pepper
1/2 c. fresh bread crumbs
1 T. lemon juice
1 tsp grated lemon peel
1/2 tsp rosemary, crushed
1/8 tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Drain salmon; flake. Combine all ingredients. Mix well. form 4 - 5 patties. Pan fry in small amount vegetable oil until lightly browned. Serve on toasted buns.
May be grilled if desired.
