1 - 20 oz. Pineapple chunks
1 T. sugar
1 T. cornstarch
1/4 c. orange juice
3/4 tsp. almond extract
1/2 c. plain yogurt
1 c. green grapes
1 c. red grapes
3 oranges sectioned
2 med. bananas, sliced
pomegranate seeds

Directions:
Drain pineapple; save 1/2 c. juice. In small saucepan, combine pineapple juice, sugar, cornstarch, and orange juice. Cook over medium heat stirring to boiling; boil and stir 1 minute over low heat. Remove from heat; stir in almond flavoring and cool 10 minutes. Blend in yogurt. Combine fruit in bowl; lightly toss in dressing. Refrigerate, covered, 2 - 4 hours. Garnish with Pomegranate seeds before serving.
