Chicken on the bone (breasts, legs, thighs - whatever you prefer)
1 jar apricot jam
1 jar red Russian dressing
1 pkg Lipton onion soup mix
1 can apricots, drained & mashed

Directions:
Directions:
Mix jam, dressing, soup mix and apricots together in bowl.
Pour a little mix into bottom of casserole dish.
Add chicken and pour rest of mix, covering chicken.
Bake at 325 for 1 hour.
