Lasagna Noodles (uncooked)
16 oz. bag chopped frozen spinach
16 oz. cottage cheese (low fat)
26 oz. pasta sauce (nothing too thin)
1 pkg shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
1 c. warm water
1 egg
Salt & Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Put spinach in strainer and run under hot water to thaw.
Combine in bowl: thawed spinach, cottage cheese, some mozz, egg and salt & pepper.
In baking dish, layer uncooked noodles, spinach mixture and sauce, repeating 3-4 times.
Sprinkle remaining mozz on top.
Add 1 cup warm water over casserole, cover w/ foil, bake at 350 for 50-55 minutes.
Broil without foil for 5 more minutes browning cheese.
