CRUST:

1/4 c. melted butter
8 1/2 oz. chocolate wafers, crushed
1/4 c. sugar

FILLING:

3 sq. semisweet chocolate, melted
24 oz. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
4 eggs
2 1/2 tsp. instant coffee dissolved in 2 1/2 T. brandy
TOPPING:

1 c. sour cream
1/4 c. sugar
1 T. brandy or 1 tsp. vanilla

CRUST:
Mix and press into bottom and sides of ungreased 9" spring form pan.
FILLING:
Beat cream cheese. Gradually add sugar, beating until fluffy. Mix in the coffee, brandy, and salt. Add chocolate. Beat in 1 egg at a time on low speed. Pour over crust and bake until center is firm, 40 minutes at 350 Remove from oven and turn heat to 375.
TOPPING:
Combine and frost hot cheesecake. Bake 10 min. at 375. Cool to room temp. and then refrigerate at least 3 hours. Loosen edge of cheesecake with knife before removing side of pan.
