2 Philadelphia Cream Cheese Softened 2 Cans diced chilies 1/2 cup mayo or sour cream 1/4 cup La Victor hot salsa Garlic Flakes to taste 1 bunch of green onions thinly sliced Splash of lemon juice Add a bit of jalapeņo pepper for hotter taste
Put all ingredients in food processor or blender and mix. Chill eight hours before serving.
