1 frying chicken, cut up (or boneless chicken breasts)
2 1/2 c. Minute rice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 env. Lipton dry onion soup mix
1 1/2 c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Use a large pan (9 X 12). Grease well with butter. Sprinkle Minute rice over bottom of the pan. Mix 2 soups with milk and ladle over rice. Place chicken on top of soup mixture. Sprinkle dry onion soup over chicken. Cover with foil and seal all the edges. Do not uncover while cooking and do not use any other seasonings. Bake 2 hours and 15 minutes in a 325 oven.
