1 1/2 lbs. potatoes
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 can French fried onion rings
1 1/2 cups cubed cooked chicken
1-10 oz. pkg. frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
1-103/4 oz. can cream of chicken soup
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mash cooked potatoes, mix in half the cheese and half of the onions. Spread mixture over bottom and up sides of a greased 2 quart casserole dish to form a shell. Combine chicken, soup, vegetables, mustard, garlic and pepper. Spoon into shell. Cover loosely and bake at 375 for 35 to 45 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and onions. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
