4 - 8-inch flour tortillas
salad oil
1 small onion, minced
1 tsp. chili powder
2 c. cooked chicken

Directions:
Steam tortillas as label directs. Meanwhile, in skillet over medium heat, in 1 T. oil, cook onion until tender. Stir in chili powder, cook 1 minute. Add chicken, green chilies and taco sauce. Remove from heat. Spoon 1/4 chicken mixture onto center of each steamed tortilla. Fold left and right sides of each tortilla over mixture, then fold both ends over to form a package. Fasten with toothpicks. Wipe skillet clean. Then over medium heat, heat 1/4 inch salad oil to 375 (or in deep fryer at 375). Fry tortilla packages, folded side down, about 2 minutes, or until golden brown. Turn and fry about 2 minutes longer. Remove to paper towels to drain. Remove toothpicks. Arrange lettuce on platter. Top with chimi's and sour cream.
