5 lb. mashed potatoes (peel and boil 25 minutes until fork done), drain.
6 oz. cream cheese, room temperature
1 c. sour cream, room temperature
1 stick butter, room temperature
1 tsp. onion salt

Directions:
Directions:
Whip together. Cook potatoes in greased casserole for 1 hour at 350, check at 50 minutes.
