1 pkg. California blend vegetables
1 can mushroom soup
1-1/2 inch slice of American or Velveeta cheese
1 T. minced onion
1 T. lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Combine soup, cheese, onion and lemon juice. Melt all these together, pour over frozen vegetables and bake 1 to 1-1/2 hours at 350 uncovered.
