1-1/2 c. baby carrots
1-1/2 c. fresh whole mushrooms
2 medium onions, cut into 1-inch wedges
1 large red bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 medium zucchini
3 small red potatoes, cut into fourths
1/2 c. Italian dressing

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 450. Generously spray a 10x15-inch pan with cooking spray. Toss vegetables with dressing, spread in single layer in pan. Bake uncovered 30 minutes, stirring occasionally, until crisp-tender.
