Marinade:
1/2 c. frozen pineapple juice concentrate, thawed
1/4 c. water
2-3 garlic cloves, minced
1 T. brown sugar
1 T. oil
2 tsp. soy sauce
Chicken:
1 (2-1/2 to 3 lb.) frying chicken, cut up

Directions:
Directions:
In baking dish or plastic bag, combine all marinade ingredients; mix well. Add chicken; turn to coat. Cover dish or seal bag; refrigerate 3-4 hours or overnight, turning occasionally . Heat grill, when ready to barbeque, drain chicken reserving marinade. Place chicken, skin side down, on gas grill over low heat. Cook 40-60 minutes or until chicken is tender, turning often and brushing frequently with reserved marinade. Discard any remaining marinade.
Oven directions: Heat oven to 350. Place chicken skin side down, in ungreased 9x13-inch pan. Bake for 45-55 minutes, turning once and brushing frequently.
