2 1/3 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 tsp. B. Soda
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened
1 cup packed light brown sugar
1/2 cup sugar
1 egg
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup semisweet choc. chips
1 bag (8 oz) chopped milk choc. toffee pieces
(such as Hershey heath bar baking pieces)

Directions:

Heat oven to 375 degree. Coat baking sheets with
nonstick cooking spray and set aside.
(2) Stir together flour, b. soda and salt in med. bowl. Set aside.
(3) In Leg. bowl, beat together butter, both sugars until light & fluffy, about 3 minutes. Beat in egg and vanilla.
(4) On low speed, gradually add in flour mixture. Beat for 2 minutes or until blended. Stir in Choc. chips and toffee pieces.
(5) Drop batter by tablespoons on prepared sheet and bake at 375 for 12 minutes or until golden.
Cool baking sheets on wire racks for 5 minutes.

Good and nice change. Can dry out fast, so keep them tightly sealed. Freeze well. I use large teaspoon size cookies. I thought too big with tablespoon.
