Ingredients:  
1- large can Salmon,
salt and pepper to taste,
1- egg,
1/4- cup milk,
1- small onion chopped,
1- cup bread crumbs, save some for topping,
Juice of 1 lemon.

Directions:
Directions:
Combine salmon, seasonings,egg, milk, & onion. Add bread crumbs. Mix well and place in small loaf pan. Top with remaining crumbs and lemon juice.
Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
