1- Head lettuce,
1/2- cup chopped green pepper,
1/2- cup chopped green onion,
1- cup chopped celery,
1- pkg. frozen green peas,( do not cook)
1- pint mayonnaise,
1 1/2- tsp. sugar,
6- eggs,(boiled & chopped),
4- oz. Romano or Parmesan cheese,(grated),
1/2- lb.crisp fried bacon ( crumbled).

Wash & tear lettuce and layer in bottom of a deep dish. Put 1 layer at a time over this of next 4 ingredients. Smooth mayonnaise over this like frosting. Sprinkle with sugar. Add 3 more layers of ingredients. Garnish top with sliced olives or parsley.Should be made night before and tightly wrapped with plastic wrap and refrigerated.
