1 container (15 oz.) Ricotta cheese
3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 T. chopped fresh parsley
1-1/2 tsp. dried oregano
1 (1lb. 10 oz.) jar plus 1 (14 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
8 uncooked lasagna noodles
4 c. shredded mozzarella cheese

Heat oven to 350. In medium bowl, mix ricotta cheese, 1/2 c. of Parmesan, parsley and oregano. In bottom of ungreased 9x13-inch pan, spread 1 c. of the pasta sauce; top with 4 of the noodles. Spread half of the ricotta cheese mixture over noodles. SPread with half of the remaining pasta sauce and 2 c. of mozzarella cheese. Repeat layers with remaining noodles, ricotta cheese mixture, pasta sauce and cheese. Sprinkle remaining 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese over top. Cover and bake 1 hour. Uncover and bake 10-15 minutes longer or until noodles are tender, sauce is hot, and cheese is beginning to turn golden brow. Let stand 15 minutes before cutting.
