8- cups squash diced,
4- green peppers, diced,
2- cups onion chopped,
3- cups sugar,
2- tsp, mustard seed,
2- cups vinegar.

Directions:
Directions:
Take first 3 ingredients and cover with water and 1/4 cup salt (non iodized). Let sit 1 hour and drain.
Bring to boil, sugar, mustard seed, & vinegar.
add squash, peppers, and onions. Bring to boil. Place in jars and seal.
