1/4- cup margarine,
3/4- cup chopped onion,
1/4- cup chopped green pepper,
1 1/2- lbs ground beef,
1/3- cup flour,
2- tsp salt,
1/8-tsp garlic salt,
1/4- tsp black pepper,
1- tbsp. Worcestershire sauce,
1- (6oz) can tomato paste,
1- can beef consomme,
1- cup evaporated milk.

Melt margarine in heavy skillet. Saute onion and pepper in melted margarine. Cook ground beef in seperate skillet until browned. Add flour gradually to ground beef, then add onion & pepper mixture. Add other ingredients slowly, stirring to blend. Cover and cook over low heat for 30 minutes. Serve over hot noodles or fluffy rice.

You can freeze this to serve later. Let it cool completely before putting in freezer container and freezing. When ready to use, remove from freezer and heat to serve.
