1/2 Liter of milk
250 grams flour
3 Eggs
Sugar
Vegetable oil for pan
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder

Directions:
Directions:
Sieve flour and baking powder and salt into a bowl.

Make a well in the middle of flour mixture and add a little milk and egg yolks.

With mixer, mix thoroughly and slowly add the remaining milk.

Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form and fold into flour mixture.

Heat pan with a little oil.

Fry pancakes.
