Ingredients:
2 tubes of refrigerated big & flaky crescent rolls
1/4 lb. each of the following, thinly sliced:
Tavern ham
Swiss cheese
Genoa Salami
Provolone cheese
Pepperoni
Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. pepper
3 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Lightly grease 9" x 13" pan; spread 1 tube of crescent rolls in bottom of pan. Layer ham, Swiss cheese, salami, Provolone cheese and pepperoni.

Whisk 3 eggs with 3 T. of Parmesan cheese and 1/2 tsp. pepper (save 2 T. of this mixture for top). Pour remaining mixture over meats and cheeses.

Put second can of crescent rolls across the top. You can roll the dough out first with a rolling pin to make it easier to fit the top. Brush the top with 2 remaining T. of egg wash.

Cover with foil. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Uncover. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting into small squares and serve for as an appetizer.
