3/4 c butter
2 c sugar
1 egg
2 c flour
1/4 tsp baking powder
1-1/3 c coconut
1/2 c chopped nuts
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 jar (12 oz.) apricot jam

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter, sugar and egg. Combine flour and baking powder. Add to butter mixture. Add coconut, walnuts & vanilla. Press 2/3 of dough in
9 x 13 pan. Spread with jam. Crumble rest of dough over jam. Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes. Cool in pan on rack.
