Pork and Bacon Wraps Recipe

Ingredients:  
2 pork Fillets
1/3 cup basil pesto
4 rashers rindless bacon
1/2 cup apple sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Cut pork fillets in half.
Spread outside with 2/3 of basil pesto.
Wrap bacon around fillets to cover outside.
Bake in 180c oven for 25 - 30 minutes or until pork is cooked.
Mix remaining pesto with with apple sauce and heat until almost boiling, serve with fillets.
