12 large manicotti shells
4 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
2 c. ricotta cheese
6 T. fresh basil or 2 T. dried
1 (26 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Spray 9x13-inch pan with pam. Cook pasta according to directions. Drain, rinse with cold water. Let pasta dry on paper towels. For filling, stir together 3 c. mozzarella with the ricotta and basil. Using a teaspoon, carefully stuff pasta with cheese mixture. Spoon 2 cups spaghetti sauce into baking dish. Arrange stuffed pasta over sauce. Pour remaining spaghetti sauce over top of pasta. Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella. Bake manicotti for 15 minutes. Sprinkle with the Parmesan, bake for 10 minutes longer. Serve immediately.
