2- cups flour,
4- tsp baking powder,
1- tsp sugar,
1/2- tsp salt,
Milk or water to make stiff drop batter.

Directions:
Directions:
This should make a quart. Use Broth or meat stock with water. Sift flour and baking powder, sugar,salt, & stir in milk or water till makes stiff dough that will drop from a spoon. Have broth or stew boiling and then drop in dumplin mix by spoonfuls. Keep covered while boiling until dumplins are cooking. Boil 12 minutes on medium heat. Don't get curious and lift lid of bolier top till cooking time is over.
