1/2 c. margarine
1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/2 c. sugar

4 egg whites, beaten frothy
1 tsp. vinegar
1 c. sugar, gradually
1 c. cream, whipped
1 T. sugar
1/2 c. coconut
1 can sliced peaches, drained
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Mix margarine, graham cracker crumbs and sugar. Pat in pan. On top of this, put the following mixture: egg whites, beaten frothy, add vinegar. Add sugar, gradually, and beat stiff. Bake 35 to 40 minutes at 275. Cool.

Put on top: cream, whipped, 1 T. sugar, coconut, sliced peaches, drained, and vanilla. Brown coconut for on top.
