1 bag of romaine lettuce
1 bag of regular lettuce
2-3 Green onions
1/2 cup slivered carmalized almonds
1 pint of strawberries
1 can of Mandarin oranges

1/2 cup sugar
1 tbsp. poppy seed
3/4 cup mayo
1/4 cup milk
2 tbsp. white vinegar
1/2 tsp. almond extract

To carmalize the almonds: 1/2 cup almonds, 1/2 cup sugar, 1/2 tsp. vanilla, 2 tbsp. butter. Cook over medium heat stirring constantly until turns golden brown. Spread on wax paper to cool.

Mix dressing ingredients together. Combine remaining ingredients and add dressing just before serving.
