2 lbs. beef stew meat
2 (14 1/2 oz.) cans Mexican style stewed tomatoes
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 t. chili powder
1 env. (1 1/4 oz.) taco seasoning mix
1 can (15 oz.) black beans, rinsed and drained
1 can (11 OR 15 oz.) Mexican (corn w/red & green peppers), drained
nacho/taco blend shredded cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Mix beef, tomatoes, onion and chili powder in crock pot. Cover and cook on low heat setting 9-11 hrs. or until beef is tender.
Stir in taco seasoning mix, black beans and corn. Cover and cook on high heat setting15-30 min. or until thickened. Serve topped with shredded cheese.
