Recipe for 100 c. in parentheses

2 qts. apple cider or juice (8 qts.)
1/2 c. packed brown sugar (2 c.)
3 cinnamon sticks (10 sticks)
1/2-1 t. allspice (8 t.)
1/8 t. salt
1/2 t. nutmeg (4 t.)

Directions:

Bring all ingredients to a boil and simmer 20 minutes. Discard cinnamon sticks.
