1 sm can mushrooms
1 T. chopped onion
1/4 c. slivered almonds
1/2 c. uncooked rice
2 T. dried parsley
1/2 c. shredded cheese
1 3/4 t. salt
1 1/2 t. Kitchen Bouquet
1 1/2 c. boiling water

Directions:
Directions:
Drain mushrooms, reserving liquid. Lightly brown mushrooms, onions and almonds in butter. Add rice, parsley and cheese; mix well. Place mixture in baking dish, add salt and K.B. mixed with boiling water, and mushroom liquid by pouring over rice mixture. Cover and bake in 375 oven for one hour.
