Ingredients:  
2 c. sugar
1c. shortening
3 eggs (beaten)
1 c. cooked prunes (chopped)
1 c. sour milk
2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. allspice
1/2 c. nuts

Frosting

1/2 c. sweet milk
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
8 ozs. chopped dates
1 c. nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together in large mixing bowl. Pour into 2 round cake pans. Bake at 350 until done.

Frosting

Mix all ingredients (except nuts) into sauce pan. Bring frosting to complete boil. Stirring constantly. Add nuts after frosting is done.
