12 flour tortillas (10 inch)
1 pkg cream cheese
1/4 cup mayo
1 tsp dried mustard
1 tsp accent
1 tsp garlic salt or powder
1 tsp onion salt or powder
2 dashes hot pepper sauce, Lousiana
1/2 onion, finely chopped (optional)
1/2 bell pepper, finely chopped (optional)
shredded cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients, spread onto tortillas and roll up. Refrigerate until well chilled, then cut pinwheels in 1/2 inch french cuts and place on dish.

This recipes can be a variety of added ingredients according to your tastes. Use the spread as a basic, add ham. Pickles, olives. Can be done with a pimento spread. It's very versatile. Kids love them!
