cinnamon
tapioca

Directions:
Directions:
Spray skillet with Pam. Place 1 layer of pie dough on bottom of skillet (have enough to bring up over the sides of skillet slightly). Layer with apples. Sprinkle with sugar, cinnamon, and tapioca (mixed together). Cover with 2nd layer of dough. Layer with more apples, sugar, cinnamon, and tapioca. Put a top layer of dough on. Bake in a 350F oven until dough looks done, about 45 minutes to 1 hour. Let pie cool slightly, then turn upside-down onto a tray or dish.
