2 lbs. ground beef
2 quarts water
1 (28 oz.) can diced tomatoes, undrained
1 (29 oz.) can tomato sauce
2 cups cooked rice
2 large peppers (green or red)
2 beef bullion cubes
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef; drain. Add remaining ingredients; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer 30 - 40 minutes.
