Apple:

2 qts sliced apples
1 cup sugar mixed with 1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup melted butter or fat

Pumpkin:

2 lbs. pumpkin, shredded with dash of salt
1 cup sugar mixed with 1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup melted butter or fat

Cottage Cheese:

2 lbs. dry cottage cheese
1 cup cream
1 tsp cinnamon
4 eggs
1 cup sugar

Poppy:

3 cup ground poppy seed
1/2 to 3/4 cup sugar (to taste)
2 eggs
1 cup cream
Nut:
5 egg whites, beaten stiff
1 lb nuts, chopped fine
1 cup sugar

Poppy Seed: Mix well. Boil for 1 minute. Cool, then spread on dough and roll up. (I use canned Poppy Seed filling instead)
Apple, Pumpkin, and Nut: Combine respective ingredients and spread on dough.
