4 c. sliced, pared, cored apples
2/33/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. quick oats
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 tsp. nutmeg (if desired)
1/3 c. margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 375. Place apples in greased, square pan 8x8x2 or 10x6x1.5. Blend remaining ingredients till mixture is crumbly. If apples are tart, add 1/2 c. sugar.

Bake 30-35 minutes or till apples are tender and topping is golden brown.
