2 pkgs orange gelatin 2 C boiling water 1 large can crushed pineapple with juice 1 6 ounce can frozen orange juice 1 can mandarin oranges (drained) 1/2 pint whipping cream (whipped) or 2 C whipped topping 1 pkg lemon instant pudding 1 C milk
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add pineapple, frozen orange juice and mandarin oranges. Let set. Whip lemon instant pudding and milk. Fold in whipping cream. Spread on top of gelatin. Chill.
