1 3/4 C. Flour
1 tsp. Salt
1 C. Milk
4 Eggs (beaten before until fluffy)
1 C. Water
1 Cube Butter
2-21/2 Heaping T. Bouillon (beef)

Directions:
Directions:
Gradually add 1 cup milk to flour and salt mixture stirring all the time. When smooth beat in eggs. Add 1 c. water and beat vigorously till bubbles. Make 1 hour before cooking, and beat again right before cooking.

Melt 1 cube butter in pan then stir in bouillon, and then mixture. Bake @ 400 for 20 minutes then turn down to 350 for 15 more minutes.

This dish is intended to be served with roast, mashed potatoes and gravy.
